IIDA's Fashion Meets Finish 2024
On April 12, 2024, Donia Designs participated in Fashion Meets Finish in Philly! Partnering with Durato, one of the leading flooring manufacturers we represent, and working with the Ballinger design team, we embarked on a creative journey inspired by the legendary musical artist "Chubby Checker." Our goal was to fuse the essence of Checker's iconic style with innovative flooring materials, resulting in a truly unique garment. The event showcased our imaginative creation, capturing the spirit of both fashion and flooring design in a dazzling runway presentation.
Roundtable Discussion with Stacy Garcia
On September 2nd, 2021 Donia Designs, Momentum Design, and TileBar hosted an intimate roundtable discussion with Stacy Garcia in person at our showroom as well as virtually.
Second Annual Carpet Design Competition
On June 17th, 2021 Donia Designs hosted our Design Awards Party at The Bond Collective- Center City to celebrate the custom designs local designers submitted to our Second Annual Carpet Design Competition. Designers recolored AtlasMasland's Custom CYP, AtlasMasland's Living Series, and Brinton Axminster's Carpets. The custom carpet designs submitted were judged by our jurors and winners of each category took home cash prizes.
