22 years ago, Kelly Donia founded Donia & Associates, a Multi-Line Sales and Marketing Firm specializing in Commercial Flooring and Carpet Sales. What first began as a way to give a young mother and her family flexibility in her work schedule as she contributed to their financial support has now grown to a vibrant and exciting business, ever-changing and now giving two other mothers a way to help support their families as well!
Bringing the latest designs in commercial flooring, offering custom capabilities, meeting all range of budgets and styles while not overlooking durability and the environment. All done with a creative mind open toward problem-solving and solution-based approaches.
From Hospitality to Corporate, Assisted Living to Universities, Kelly and her team have experience for all Markets.
But by far, what is most important to Kelly is caring for her customers, for their work, and themselves.

Laura Eberly
Assisting in Quotes and Sales Support
Laura Eberly is the showroom manager for Donia and Associates. For her, the customer is the top priority, and if you need a sample or a quick quote, it is her aim to get you what you need as quickly as possible.
Before coming to Donia, Laura had a varied professional experience, spanning positions such as Costume assistant at Sight and Sound Theater, working in the Participant Education Department at Vanguard, to Homeschooling her 4 children for 13 years – what each one has in common is customer service, and Laura’s goal is the be the best customer service rep on the east coast!
When she has the chance, one of Laura’s favorite things to do is hop in a car or a plane with her husband and travel to new places to explore – her dream is to one day visit the Fairy Chimneys of Cappadocia, Turkey.

Emma Liberi
Entire State of PA Excluding Philly Metro Area
Emma Liberi originally began her career with us as the Marketing and Sales Coordinator. She has now been promoted to Territory Sales Representative assisting with the Philadelphia Metro Market as well as Central PA.
Emma graduated from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in May of 2019 and soon after joined our Donia Designs family. From her previous internships and event work at Terrain she has found a passion for Sales and Marketing and loves working with all of the beautiful colors, patterns, and designs implementing them into our marketing, social media, and website.
A goal of Emma’s for Donia Designs is to continue to make us an inspiration in the industry and to help provide professional and prompt assistance to all our clients.
